Mason Family Eye Care works with many insurance carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, VSP, Eyemed, Medicare, Medicaid, and many more. To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
When you set up your appointment, please provide both up-to-date vision benefits and medical insurance information as our practice provides both routine vision and comprehensive medical care. The monitoring and treatment of certain conditions (such as dry eye, diabetes, glaucoma, or cataracts for example) may not be covered by your vision plan.
Please be aware that we are sometimes unable identifying information (such as a subscriber or member number) in order to use your insurance. If you do not have this information, it may be obtained by contacting your insurance carrier or your company’s HR department.
